Michelle Deck, CMCA has been in management and business ownership roles for her entire career. Mrs. Deck graduated with a business degree in Houston, Texas. It was when she moved to Las Vegas, Nevada, that she was introduced to community management over twenty years ago.

During her time in the industry, she has gained experience managing portfolios, master-planned communities, developer-controlled communities, custom home communities, and golf course communities, including single-family homes, town-homes, condominiums and mid-rises. Mrs. Deck has also been involved in developing custom departments for management activities, event-planning, large project management, and legislative bill reviewing and editing. Mrs. Deck held a Supervisory Community Association Manager’s License as well as a Collection Manager’s License in the state of Nevada.
