Acumen Group, LLC (“AG”) takes measures to conform to applicable law and has implemented measures to protect personal information in our possession. We have created this Privacy Policy in order to demonstrate our commitment to safeguarding the privacy of all clients as well as clients’ members. We do not arbitrarily collect personal information when clients visit our website unless clients affirmatively choose to make such information available to us. Below we outline what information we do collect, why we collect it, and how it is used.  In certain circumstances, we may share information with others including Title Companies in the case of a request for a Statement of Account or with Attorneys in the case of a delinquent or non-compliant account. This Privacy Policy is currently in effect. 

Collected Information When visiting our website, our web server automatically recognizes only the IP address from which clients accessed our website. This information does not result in the identification of personal e-mail addresses or other information. In addition, we gather aggregate information regarding the volume and timing of access to our website by collecting information on the date, time and website pages accessed by visitors to the website. This information is collected in order to improve and upgrade the content of our website and is not shared with other organizations. Individual visitors’ personal information is not identified. 

Information Provided to Third Parties If clients choose to share personal information with us – by sending us a message or filling out an electronic form with personal information – we will use the information for the purposes authorized in the request. In some instances, we may share personal information with third parties to process said requests. In other instances, we may share personal information with affiliated service providers such as credit reporting agencies to receive credit checks and/or recommendations regarding qualifications to acquire a credit line or contract for services. Finally, we may disclose personal information when required by law, such as requests in connection with a judicial, administrative, or investigative matter. 

Security of Information AG maintains a comprehensive program designed to defend the security and confidentiality of client information, protect against threats or hazards to the security of information, and prevent unauthorized access. This security program consists of procedures and specifications for administrative, technical, physical and organizational safeguards. These safeguards include programs to detect, prevent and respond to unauthorized access; and restricting access to information on a need-to-know basis; and security procedures relating to the storage and disposal of information. However, we cannot guarantee that inadvertent disclosure will never occur. 

Information Requests You may, during normal business hours, inquire as to what personal data we have on record, change/correct any personal data we have, and/or have us remove any personal data we have as long as it is in line with legally recorded information by other government entities.  All clients and clients’ members are welcome to express any concern they may have about our use of personal data. 

Transfer of Information Information collected and provided by each client is a business asset for AG. If we merge with another entity or if we sell our assets to another entity, personal information provided to us may be included among the assets transferred. 

Communications AG or its affiliated service providers may contact users of this site with communications relating to delinquent payments of rent, assessments or other fees, including reminders and notices. Users may opt out of these communications by following the instructions provided by management. 

Other Sites Our website may contain links to other sites that are not owned or controlled by AG. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other entities, and we cannot guarantee these sites are secure. If there are any concerns regarding privacy practices of other sites, you should read the privacy statements at those sites. 

Modifications We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy from time to time. Shortly after revisions are made, we will make the updated policy available on the AG website.
