Interesting Fact: When the CEO of Acumen Group started her career in this industry in Las Vegas, Nevada, her client, a Master Planned Community with nearly 7,000 homes (at the time), was the first to purchase VMS to manage their operations. The transition from using two different management software systems to navigate all of their information and processes, to a one-platform system was incredible to say the least. Not only did the workflows become more efficient, but some of the most egregious tasks became streamlined and gave the management team the opportunity to spearhead the biggest challenges the community faced with both collections and compliance. Developing her knowledge of the system’s functions and how to increase the province of VMS within the management team, became a priority. For the first several years that VMS was in the market, she was able to see the growth of the company as well as it’s abilities and she is very excited to be reuniting with the VMS program as well as the VMS family.
